Hunt Overview

Hunt includes 7 full days hunting with a professional hunter! This hunting adventure in South Africa's Limpopo Valley offers an 8-night stay with trophy fees included for a diverse range of game: Gemsbok, Blue Wildebeest, Impala, Warthog, and Zebra. Spanning seven full hunting days, the package also includes pick-up and return road transfers from Johannesburg Airport, field preparation of trophies, access to alcoholic beverages, and cell and internet service in the camp, ensuring a comfortable and well-connected experience in the wilderness.

Lodging Details

Baobab Tented Camp is located on top of a rugged African kipje and is guarded by ancient Baobab trees which still bear the scars of elephants that roamed the Limpopo Valley for centuries. This rustic "Safari" style tented camp will give you a true luxurious African experience, with 4 individually spaced tents, to ensure extreme privacy, each with their own en-suite bathrooms and private viewing decks which overlook pristine Limpopo Valley. We supply daily laundry service. The common area includes an open-air lounge, splash pool to cool off during the summer months, and braai (BBQ) area. Highly trained camp staff will attend to your every need.

Included in your hunt cost is all chef prepared meals, alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages, free wifi, and free laundry.

Meals consist of true African Bush Cuisine, with plentiful venison on the menu, complemented by South African wines and beer. Lunch boxes are provided for the hunters which can be enjoyed in one of our blinds. Campfires and barbecues occur on a regular basis, amid the nocturnal sounds of the African bush. Guests will be treated to a 3-course meal consisting of grilled venison fingers prepared over an open fire, traditional "Potjiekos" (Hot Potj) and homemade bread.

Details

Hunters are expected to provide the following:

• No special hunting license needed. The special permits for some of the rare animals is the responsibility and cost of the outfitter and will be secured before the hunter arrives.
• Hunting Clothing - Camouflage shirt or jacket and hat. More info sent at booking.
• Guides provide firearms and ammo at no additional charge
• If you want to bring your own rifles, guides will organize the permits at a minimal fee for the permits needed with no hassles
• Bows - if you wish to bow hunt you will need to bring your own no permits are needed
• No meat can be imported into the US. However the safari cooks 80% of their meals with animals harvested there so you will get the complete experience.
• Bring US Cash for Tipping based on service you are provided.
• Each hunter harvests 1 of the following: Trophy Gemsbok, Trophy Blue Wildebeest, Trophy Impala, Trophy Warthog, Trophy Zebra.
